Return & Refund Policy

At AVTech, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt) is provided


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items due to customer mishandling

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Products returned after the 7-day window

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at info@avtechsatara.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  3. Our team will review your request and respond with return instructions.

Please do not send your purchase back without receiving confirmation from our support team.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will bear the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for shipping the item back.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed

Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.


6. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please follow the return process. Once your return is approved, we will help you place a new order.


7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may already be processed or shipped and will need to follow the return process.
